Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Homes Camp Pioneer continues its 25 year camp program hosting CHAMPS, DARE, and Eagle programs from all over the state of Georgia. Georgia Emergency Management Agency along with Georgia State Patrol and Troup County Sheriff’s Office visited today with the campers from Paulding County. They learned about how the state responds to natural disasters and how the Georgia State Patrol helps local law enforcement keep their communities safe.
