Effingham County Deputy Duck Derby

Get ready to quack up at the 2024 Deputy Duck Derby, hosted by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office and MacKees Funds! Join us on October 5, 2024, in Springfield, GA from 10am-3pm for a day of fun and excitement.
The highlight of the event will be the thrilling duck races, with special guest appearance from “Mama Duck,” the World’s Largest Rubber Duck. Watch as the ducks race down the river at 2:00, 2:15, and 2:30, with winners announced immediately after the last race.
All proceeds from this event will go towards the Georgia Sheriff’s Youth Homes! Don’t miss your chance to be a part of this unforgettable experience and help make a difference in our community. See you at the Deputy Duck Derby!
